Itinerary

  • Day: 1 Arrival Raipur – Siripur – Raipur

    On arrival at Raipur Airport, you will be pick up &traditional welcome at Raipur Airport and transfer to your pre-booked hotel. After fresh-up visiting Siripur Buddhist site. Back to hotel and overnight at Raipur.

  • Day: 2 Raipur – Kawardha

    After breakfast, enjoy an exciting and memorable trip to the surrounding tribal villages, along with one of the royal family member of Kawardha. Here, you will have your first glimpse of tribal life of the famous region. Overnight stay will be at Kawardha Palace.

  • Day: 3 Kawardha

    Morning after breakfast, leave for a full-day sightseeing tour covering visits to the enchanting and very famous Bhoramdeo Group of Temples and Lohara Bavli. Later, visit Baiga and Gond tribal villages that give you a clear idea of tribal life of Chhattisgarh. Evening, return to Kawardha Palace for night stay.

  • Day: 4 Kawardha – Kanker

    After breakfast leave for Kanker on the way visiting Rajim Lochan Temple and Champaran. Reach Kanker and check into your pre-booked palace. Overnight at Kanker.

  • Day: 5 Kanker

    Postbreakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to visit the tribal village of Bahaigaon, which is famous for its dancers. The countryside around Kanker is an endless series of interesting discoveries. Visiting the Gond Muria and Gond Halva tribal villages can be a fascinating experience for you. In the evening, we return toKanker. Overnight stay will be at Kanker Palace.

  • Day: 6 Kanker – Jagdalpur

    After breakfast in the palace leave for Jagdalpur on the way visiting Kideichapra famous for Iron Work and Kondagaon famous for Dokra Casting. Overnight at Jagdalpur.

  • Day: 7 Jagdalpur – Kanger Valley – Tirathgarh Waterfall – Chitrakoot Waterfall – Jagadalpur

    After breakfast leave for Kanger Valley National Park and Tirathgarh Waterfall. Back to hotel and after lunch leave for Chitrakoot Waterfall famous as Niagra Waterfall. Overnight at Jagdalpur.

  • Day: 8 Jagdalpur – Rayagada

    Postbreakfast leave for Rayagada visiting Kotpad weaving village. Check into hotel and rest of the day free. Overnight at Rayagada.

  • Day: 9 Rayagada–Kothagargh–Rayagada (Market On Tuseday)-

    After breakfast proceed to Belghar to visit a few Kutia Kondh Tribal areas and the Weekly Market at Kothgarh.Lunch on the Roadside models and then drive to Rayagada. Arrive in the evening. Overnight at Hotel.

  • Day: 10 Rayagada – Chatikona – Jeypore (Market Is On Wednesday)-

    After breakfast leave for Chatikona weekly market to view the Dongariya Kondh Tribes (photography is strictly prohibited and we need prior permission from the local District Collector to visit the market). After visiting the market continue our drive to Jeypore on way some tribal villages. Overnight at Jeypore.

  • Day: 11 Jeypore – Onukudeli – Jeypore (Market Is On Thursday)

    After breakfast visit of the most colorful tribal market of Bonda, Gadaba & Didayee tribes (the most primitive). Back to Jeypore visiting few Gadaba villages on the way.Overnight at Jeypore. (photography is strictly prohibited and we need prior permission to visit the market)

  • Day: 12 Jeypore - Kunduli Market - Jeypore (Market Is On Friday)

    Morning after breakfast visit to Kunduli Market on the way visiting Koraput Jagannath temple, Tribal Museum, few Paroja Tribal villages and the biggest vegetable tribal market of Paroja Tribes. Overnight at Jeypore.

  • Day: 13 Jeypore – Gupteswar – Baligaon Market – Rayagada

    After breakfast leave for Gupteswar to visit the Lord Siva Temple, Dhuruba Tribal villages and their weekly market at Baligaon. Then continue our drive to Rayagada and overnight.

  • Day: 14 Rayagada – Gopalpur

    After breakfast leave for Gopalpur on the way visiting few semi tribal villages, Chandragiri Tibetan settlement with their monasteries and Taptapani Hot Sulpher Spring water. Then reach at Gopalpur and evening enjoy the local fishermen village. Overnight at Gopalpur.

  • Day: 15 Gopalpur – Chilika Lake AtBarkul – Puri

    Leave for Puri on the way visiting Barkul at Chilika lake. Do boating inside the lake to view Kalijai Island and temple. OR YOU CAN VISIT Chilka lake at MANGALAJODI ( Birds paradise) Then continue your drive to Puri on the way visiting Raghurajpur painting village. Overnight at Puri.

  • Day: 16 Puri – Konark – Puri

    Early morning by 05hrs reach at Shree Jagannath Temple ( Non Hindus are not allowed, but view it from outside platform). Back to hotel & have your breakfast. After breakfast to Konark Sun Temple visiting Ramchandi temple and Chandrabhaga beach. Visit Sun Temple Interpretation Centre ( timing from 10hrs – 19 hrs). Watch light & sound show at Konark( timing is 18.30hrs -19.10 hrs & 19.30 hrs to 20.10 hrs). Back to Puri and overnight at hotel.

  • Day: 17 Puri – Bhubaneswar

    Morning leave for Bhubaneswar on the way visiting Pipli appliqué work village, Dhauli peace pagoda and Ashokan Edict , 64 yogini temple, and Khandagiri – Udayagiri Jain caves. Overnight at Bhubaneswar.

  • Day: 18 Bhubaneswar- Nuapatana- Sadeibareini- Joranda-Bhubaneswar

    Morning visit Textile Village at Nuapatna (double ikat) – It is a village in Orissa at a distance of about 68km from capital city Bhubaneshwar. It’s popular for silk and cotton ikat (Ikat meaning Tie and Dye patterns) textiles. Visit to ‘Nuapatna weaver’s co-op society’ to find glazed and unmatched textured varieties of traditional sarees that are produced by weavers of this village. Nuapatna is famous for Khandua, Jala, Bomkai and many more varieties of sarees here.

     

    Sadeibareni Dhokra Craft – A traditional tribal craft junction at Sadeibareni village, near to Dhenkanal town (69km from Bhubaneswar) exhibits Dhokra craft (metal casting work) which is a traditional craftwork by Orissa tribal made up of bronze with mesh like features giving a unique beauty. The Sadeibareni tribal families produce exclusive artistic craftwork of animals, birds, Gods and utility

     

    Then drive to the Joranda temple and car drops back to hotel in the evening. Watch barefoot

    Joranda monks wearing orange clothes who worship the Supreme Lord (shapeless lord) in the direction of sun (direction of concentration). And the temple is the Samadhi Peetha of Mahima Goswami, founder of Mahima Dharma (dharma of divine glory) that opposes caste system and idol worship. The temple is just 30km away from North of Dhenkanal town giving spiritual attraction to visitors.  Night halt at Dhenkanal.

  • Day: 19 Bhubaneswar-Lalitgiri-Ratanagiri-Udayagiri-Bhitarakanika

    Post breakfast visit  Tribal museum then   proceed to Bhitarkanika National Park. Enroute visit Lalitgiri, Ratnagiri & Udaygiri, the Buddhist circuit of Odisha. Late afternoon arrive at Bhitarkanika Jungle Resort. Evening enjoy tea, snacks & dinner.Night stay at Bhitarkanika Resort.

  • Day: 20 Bhitarakanika Nationlapark -Bhubaneswar

    Post breakfast enter into the National Park by boat and enjoy viewing bird sanctuary, crocodile project area, museum, Hunting Tower of ancient king, Lotus pond and various creeks to see the salt water crocodiles.  Then transfer to Bhubaneswar Night stay at Bhubaneswar.

  • Day: 21 Bhubaneswar- Airport Drop

    After Breakfast drop at Airport for your onwards journey.
